This Halloween, join us at the Phoenix Hotel to celebrate Chip Conley's 65th birthday and the hotel where it all began.

Nearly four decades ago, Chip transformed a forgotten Tenderloin motel into a rock & roll refuge - a home to legends, misfits, and seekers. As The Phoenix prepares to close its doors on New Year’s Day, we’ll gather for an unforgettable night to honor its spirit - and the visionary behind it.

A night of music, mischief, and meaningful moments.
